WHAT THE WORK GIVES YOU

A clearer offer.

The messages that explain who you help, why it matters and what makes you worth choosing.

Reasons to believe.

Useful answers and relevant evidence that make your claims easier to understand and trust.

A website and marketing with purpose.

Pages built around business goals and campaigns that help turn interest into sales.

01 / THE KNOWLEDGE GAP

Your website should do more
than hand out your details.

In front of a prospect, you ask questions, explain the details and answer their concerns. You know which examples help, what makes your approach different and why a customer should trust you.

But how much of that conversation is on your website? Too often, a capable business is represented by a few service descriptions and a contact page. The most convincing parts are still in the owner’s head.

If someone never gets to meet you, can they still understand why they should choose you?

Hundreds of customer conversations can produce thousands of answers. Beneath them are recurring messages, questions and reasons to believe. Our job is to uncover those essentials and organise them so the right person can find the right answer.

SEE THE METHOD AT WORK

From a broad claim
to a useful answer.

Illustrative example: a fictional made-to-measure furniture business. This is a demonstration of the method, not a client case study or a claim of results.

THE STARTING CLAIM
“Quality fitted furniture.
Excellent service.”

The customer still cannot picture the process or judge what makes the business different.

THE DISCOVERY QUESTION

What helps a customer feel confident about the design before production begins?

Suppose the owner explains that customers review a room drawing, see finish samples and approve the layout. We would check that this is the actual process.

THE EVIDENCE TO REQUEST

Show the drawing, the materials and the finished room.

Ask for a real project sequence, permission to use it and a clear explanation of what the customer approves. If those materials are missing, request them.

THE POSSIBLE WEBSITE MESSAGE
“See how it fits.
Choose how it feels.
Approve it before we build.”

Use this only if the business can substantiate the process. Explain the stages beside genuine project imagery.

Then carry the same substance into marketing.

A social post can show the drawing-to-finished-room sequence. An email can answer questions about finishes. An advert can lead to the page explaining the design process. One verified message, adapted to each channel.

OUR CORE WORK

The right questions
change the whole brief.

Every engagement starts with our own paid audit and discovery. Existing research can inform the work, but we need to understand the business ourselves.

01

Review

Your website, existing or proposed content and competitors.

02

Ask

A detailed, business-specific questionnaire, with room for what it prompts you to add.

03

Challenge

Follow-up questions and requests for stronger evidence where it is needed.

04

Direct

The messages and priorities that guide the work you commission.

What paid discovery involves
SERVICES

Start with understanding.
Choose what comes next.

Our paid discovery underpins every engagement. Commission delivery separately or as an integrated package. Already have a website? Marketing services are available without a rebuild.

Fees are tailored to the agreed scope. We discuss the cost before paid work begins. The initial brief is free and creates no purchase obligation.

05 / WHY KEEP COMMUNICATING?

Give people more chances
to understand you.

Being online means competing for attention. Consistent, useful content creates opportunities for people to discover your business, recognise its relevance and return when the time is right.

It also supports the people you meet offline. When a prospect checks your website or social channels after a conversation, they should find the detail and evidence that help them move towards a decision.

Relevant to the customer.Distinctive to the business.Credible in every claim.

For social, email and paid marketing, sales is the commercial goal. Visibility, trust and engagement are steps towards it. We build around that purpose without pretending that a posting schedule or advertising budget guarantees a sale.

06 / THE RIGHT FIT

A clear offer.
Something worth choosing.

We work with service and product businesses whose value takes a little explaining. Perhaps referrals bring you most of your work, you repeatedly answer the same questions in sales meetings, or your website shows the product without explaining why it is worth choosing.

We look for a specific offer and a meaningful reason for customers to choose it. The distinction may be in your product, expertise, process or customer experience. Discovery helps us assess and articulate it before wider promotion.

Generalist software development and undifferentiated service offers are outside our focus. We do our best work when there is real substance to uncover and communicate.

07 / HOW WE START

Know what happens.
Know what you’re paying for.

A clear first step, followed by properly scoped work. You do not need to arrive with a finished marketing brief.

FREE

01 / Initial brief

PAID ASSIGNMENT

02 / Audit & discovery

SEPARATELY SCOPED

03 / Build & market

Choose a website project, individual marketing services or an integrated package. We agree responsibilities, approvals and the work to be delivered.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

Is the initial questionnaire free?

Yes. The form on this website is free and does not commit you to a purchase. It gives us initial context. The business-specific audit, detailed questionnaire and discovery work that follow are paid.

Do we need a new website to work with you?

No. If you already have a website and need social media management, email campaigns, performance marketing or content updates, you can commission those separately. Our own paid discovery still comes first.

What if our website is not meant to sell?

We start with what it needs to achieve. That may be providing information, supporting customers, recruitment, credibility, bookings or enquiries. We do not force every website into a direct-sales model.

Can we use research another agency has already done?

You can share it as background. We still carry out our own audit and discovery so we understand the business and can take responsibility for the direction of our work.

What will you need from us?

Your knowledge, thoughtful answers, relevant materials and timely feedback. We evaluate the photographs, screenshots, demonstrations and other evidence you provide. If something is insufficient, we explain why, show useful examples and ask for better material.

Do you create the content and run the campaigns?

Yes. Our delivery services cover creation and execution, including social publishing and management, email campaigns and paid marketing. The exact channels, assets, approvals and responsibilities are agreed in your package.

Do you guarantee sales?

No. Marketing can improve how clearly your offer is understood and how effectively it reaches people, but sales also depend on demand, pricing, competition and your business’s follow-through. We agree meaningful goals and review the evidence.

Where does AI fit?

Tellbold is AI-first in its approach to developing marketing tools and workflows. Business understanding, credible evidence and human judgement remain central. Our own AI orchestration platform is in development; it is not presented as a finished product or a guarantee of performance.
